User centered research

Before we start thinking about the design of a product or interface we have to understand who is going to use it and why. This is an essential step in our process.

How do they live? What are their usual habits? What, when in a practical situation, puts them in difficulty or helps them?   The methodology used for our studies has the particularity of applying survey techniques designed for sociology with questions that designers are faced with. In order to focus on user problems, we enter into the users’ environment and explore real life situations so as to produce the fertile ground for the creative team who will create the product.   The results analysed are available to both our creative team and clients to help them choose the right solutions. Through this approach to research, our clients are guaranteed a product that has been both developed and designed to provide the services that accurately meet the real needs of their own clients.
